		<description>Thanks for sharing Calhoun&#039;s insightful words.I&#039;m reminded of a conversation with my dad, also a pastor, shortly before he died. He said, &quot;I have lived my life too far ahead, always focused on the future, the next task, the next job. When I was having the happiest, most fulfilling times in my ministry, I didn&#039;t know, I wasn&#039;t aware, I didn&#039;t cherish those times, because I was always on to the next big thing. I didn&#039;t recognize God&#039;s best blessings when they came by.&quot; Dad encouraged me not to make that same mistake, but I still need to hear the call sometimes to slow down, to reflect, to savor the blessings of each new day, enjoying the view every step of the journey.</description>
