What is New?

coffee38.jpgI have added a number of new links to this blog on the side bar to the right.   Some of you might be interested in the heading "Tech" and the links offered there.

If you have not been to "God-Hungry Live" lately, you might enjoy checking this out.  (This site is a collection of brief video clips that I’ve found interesting.)  There are a number of new videos by Christopher Wright (The Mission of God), which you might enjoy.  There are also new videos by Roger Olson, Paul Young, David Kinnaman, Dallas Willard, and John Ortberg.  (When you get to the page, select "Playlists.")

I have also updated "What I’m Reading" on the right-hand bar (near the top).

Have you read Cliff Barbarick’s guest post "Mentoring as an Act of Humility"?  Also, don’t miss the video interview with Lynn Anderson "On Being Indebted to Mentors."

Take a look at Skye Jethani’s blog as well as Tim Spivey’s blog.  Of course, I regularly read Scot McKnight’s Jesus Creed.  Also, you might enjoy "Out of Ur" (Leadership Journal’s blog).  I recently began reading Michael Hyatt.

    Jim – thanks for the video links! I am a huge l’Engle fan and figure Luci Shaw is about as close as I’ll ever get so was thrilled to see a clip of her over there, as well as some others.

    Just wondering if I’m in the right ‘room’!  Nice redecorating here!  Been so very busy with our daughter’s move to another city. Hope to catch up on all I’ve missed and check out the links!

    I’m loving the new look too! It’s really clean. Michael Hyatt’s got some great stuff. And Lynn Anderson… what a guy! His ideas were pretty influential for me and my dad when I was growing up in the Church of Christ.
