Margaret Marcuson does outstanding work in the area of systems theory and leadership. Be sure to read her post “Is Your Church Polarized?” Very good!

See Rory Noland‘s post “5 Reasons Why Intergenerational Worship Works Today.” Very interesting! Rory is the director of Heart of the Artist Ministries and was Music Director at Willow Creek Community Church for 20 years.

hi jim, i was reading what you said about ego and it was great. i have been preaching now for over thirty years, but ego is something that never goes away. sue and i were talking about the wonderful times we had with you and charlotte back in the day. i spent eighteen years with a church in beautiful hurricane mills, tn and the last five in lewisburg, tn. we have one son, caleb 27 years old, a graduate of the university of tennessee knoxville, big orange.
